GENERAL RULE

Refunds are only granted when the Service fails to deliver due to a system error and no credits were consumed.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

  • Used credits
  • Subscription renewals that were not cancelled in time
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality
  • Purchases made by mistake after the generation has started

If a technical failure occurs, contact support and we will review the case.
