The Service provides AI tools to generate or transform content (e.g., images and video) based on user inputs ("Input") and produces results ("Output").
AI Output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, undesirable, or incomplete. We do not guarantee any particular result, quality, uniqueness, or fitness for a specific purpose.
If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.

Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location. You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless we are required to collect them.
Unless required by law, all sales are final once delivery/performance begins.
Used credits are non-refundable.
Refunds may be granted only if the Service fails due to our technical error and the relevant credits were not reasonably delivered/usable.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partially used billing periods, unless required by law.
Initiating chargebacks for valid purchases, after full or partial delivery, may result in account suspension/termination and restriction from future purchases.
You retain ownership of your Input. You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions to upload or submit Input, including for any personal data or likeness.
Subject to these Terms and your compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Output for personal and commercial purposes, to the extent we are legally able to do so.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your Input and Output solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce policies.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if your use presents risk to the Service or others.
